Installation

Five steps to go live

From download to first sale — follow the path below on your Windows PC.

    Download the installer

    Get the unified SubaPOS `.exe` for Windows 64-bit. The same app works for standalone and cloud — your license controls which features unlock.

  2. 2

    Run the installer

    Open the downloaded file. If SmartScreen appears, choose More info → Run anyway (signed builds usually skip this).

  3. 3

    Follow the setup wizard

    Accept the license, choose an install location if prompted, and wait for installation to complete.

  4. 4

    Launch SubaPOS

    Open SubaPOS from the Start menu or desktop shortcut.

  5. 5

    Activate your license

    Sign in with the SubaPOS Cloud account where you purchased your plan, or enter your standalone license key. Checkout stays locked until activation succeeds.

System requirements

  • Windows 10 or Windows 11 (64-bit)
  • 4 GB RAM minimum (8 GB recommended)
  • 1 GB free disk space
  • 1280×720 display or higher

Antivirus & SmartScreen

Allow the installer if your security software prompts you. For production deployments, use the signed build from this page or contact support for an IT-friendly package.
